Operator Procedures

Fueling Aircraft

Contact 129.05 or (800) 239-6795 for EPPS

Access to Aircraft

During business hours: Through office, keys for the ramp and the plane are located in aircraft binders

After business hours: Access keys to the office via lockbox outside attached to the mailbox. Lock doors on the way out

Returning the Aircraft

During business hours: Park plane in Skybound parking spots in front of the downwind and return keys and book back to the office

After business hours: Same as above, lock up with keys in lock box

Getting Reimbursed if You Buy Fuel Elsewhere

Keep receipt and we'll subtract the cost of fuel from the cost of rental

Mechanical Problems at Another Airport

Call Skybound immediately

Securing Aircraft

Park high wing, low, high, low. Pull through or push back as appropriate

Caution areas where hangar rash is most likely

Avoid parking two low wing or two high wing planes next to each other

Local Airspace Considerations

Standard Departure Procedures

Climb to 700 AGL and turn to heading (as indicated by ATC)

Call 8 SM out with weather info, position, and your request (i.e., landing, option, etc.)

Have current weather and advise if VFR or IFR and direction of flight

Requested no fly from 11 PM - 6 AM. No more than 5 min of run up
