Securing Aircraft

Hangars are preferred. Airplanes are to be kept in hangar unless otherwise authorized. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis taking weather and wind into consideration.

Caution areas where hangar rash is most likely

Hangar rash is possible anywhere, on any ramp, at any time. Take extra precaution when moving airplanes in and out of hangar. At least 2 people are required to move the airplane. Pilot will always have at least 1 staff member at his/her disposal for precaution.

What fuel load to expect and how to change it

Expect between ¼ to full tanks. Use judgement and advise ahead of time if a particular fuel load is required. We do not de-fuel aircraft.
