Operator Procedures                                        
       

Fueling Aircraft

Fuel is provided by the airport. No FBO. A booth sits near Pilgrim Aviation with 100LL and Jet A. Ask the attendant for the fuel truck or taxi up (preferred). Aircraft are not fueled after previous flight. Fuel is available 6am to 10pm Sunday through Thursday and 6am to 11pm Friday and Saturday. After hours with prior arrangement. 


Access to Aircraft
Aircraft are tied down on ramp near Pilgrim Aviation. Transport to where the Skycatcher is parked available via golf cart.

After hours, the gate code will be provided. 

Returning the Aircraft
Tie down aircraft and return key to front office. Simple. 


Caution Areas, Where Hanger Rash is Most Likely
Narrow driveway to Skycatcher hangar. Use caution when taxiing.

What Fuel Load to Expect, and How to Change It
Aircraft are not refueled post flight. Do not assume you have sufficient fuel, check it.

Standard Departure Procedures
Standard non-controlled field procedures. North-bound departures should be aware of the Boston Class B 10 miles to the North.

Contact Cape Approach 118.2.
 
Typical TFR Considerations
Boundary of Martha's Vineyard presidential TFR falls directly over PYM. VFR departures are possible with immediate turn northbound, but not reccomended.
