KOKB
Western Flight at KCRQ will fuel PCF aircraft based at KOKB at no charge to the renter.
Otherwise use self-serve fuel pump at KOKB. KOKB fuel pumps close at 10PM, after that use self-serve
pump at the end of taxiway N at KCRQ
During business hours: Contact PCF to gain access to keys and paperwork.
After business hours: Must contact PCF during business hours for keys and paperwork.
During business hours: Return dispatch paperwork and keys as instructed by PCF staff.

Fuel purchased away from Western Flight FBO will be reimbursed up to a maximum rate as posted in dispatch documentation. Fuel only reimbursed with an itemized receipt.
Notify PCF immediately at 877-723-5937, or through number listed with the dispatch paperwork. PCF will determine course of action on a case by case basis. Renter responsible for all flight time to return aircraft to home base after repairs.
Inner taxiway south of ALPHA is very narrow, use caution.
Full to tabs or full tanks. No offloading of fuel available.

Palomar is a very busy airport with lots of hot spots. Pay STRICT attention to ATIS and all ATC instructions
Palomar airport has many large jet aircraft. Be mindful and aware at all times.
1500’ MSL Small Aircraft 2000’ MSL Large Aircraft
Runway slopes up to the west. If you land runway 6 you’ll land going downhill.
All populated residential areas are noise sensitive.
Lots of military traffic up and down the coast at low altitude 1-2NM offshore not on radio. The airspace in the vicinity is very complicated and can be very congested.
Power plant smokestack 3nm to NW of field
Lots of military and restricted airspace in the vicinity. Orientation briefing is required of all pilots.

Marine layer can quickly produce IFR LIFR conditions.
Pilots must remain clear of all restricted and military airspace.

Operations permitted only at public US airports listed on current sectional charts.
Specific checkout from PCF required for operations at the following airports:
Mountain Flying checkout required for any airport with a pressure altitude of 5000’ or greater.
Deposit required for overnight rentals, minimum hour requirements for multi-day rentals.
