Nice G1000. It appears that auto pilot has been removed, hence the deduction in stars. But nice aircraft, spotless interior and presents well. Flies well.
Autopilot is installed again, though I didn't verify that it worked. But that means we go up a star in avionics!
Great condition inside and out. Autopilot is installed and working fine.
This was a great airplane, and I will definitely look forward to renting again when I am in the area.
Plane is well maintained. The UPC checkout was a good refresher and Ricardo did a great job guiding me through it. Booking the plane was a little clunky but Regal's front desk staff handled it well. The plane is a pleasure to fly and so many great destinations nearby.
Plane is well maintained and a pleasure to fly. The AP emits a loud chirp upon takeoff which passengers might disconcerting,so good to warn them. Avionics work well and G1000 offers many nice functions like Wx and Traffic.
Airbags for the front seats are always nice, G1000 worked well, and had a crisp interior. There was some stickyness in the pitch control, and a tendency to roll right. The taxi and landing lights were nicely bright for my night flight.
This is a very nice Skyhawk - has added Vortex Generators, flies real nice. It may have just been a setting issue, but the actual sectional chart info was not available in the MFD, even though the database showed as being current. Small issue, as I had a chart with me.I would be pleased to rent this aircraft again!
The plane was in wonderful shape and is maintained very well. We had deactivated the autopilot for the checkout, so I was unable to evaluate that functionality. Otherwise, it was a wonderful flight. The OA process was somewhat confusing for both the FBO and for me as it was my first time doing it and they don't do it too often evidently.
That is just a learning and growth curve issue. I look forward to flying 7AT again with my wife!
